We offer repair and maintenance services for metal crafts regardless of whether they are made in the East or West. The care and repair of damaged metal crafts is just as important to us as the manufacture of our products. Repairs are difficult to determine without seeing the item in person, and the physical feasibility and labor cost may be large or small. Therefore, please bring or send the repaired item to us for consultation.
*Regarding the repair of other companies’ products:
We believe that metal products have a longer lifespan than other materials, and therefore, manufacturers are responsible for the repair of their products. Also, manufacturers are more familiar with the materials and techniques used, so their labor costs are often lower than ours. If the manufacturer or distributor is still in existence, please contact them first for repair.

■Flow of Repair Request
1. Please read the following “Disclaimer for Repair and Customer Confirmation”.
▽
2. Please send the repaired product by courier service in a sturdy box such as a cardboard box after curing it well so that the product will not be damaged.
- Please include the following information as your contact information.
“Your name, telephone number, postal code, address, and e-mail address.” - Please enclose a “memo” indicating the part to be repaired.
*Please understand that we will not be able to give you an estimate of the repair cost if we only receive a phone call, e-mail, or photo. Metal materials undergo a variety of microstructural transformations depending on the situation. We will not be able to make a judgment without carefully examining the condition of the damaged part.
*Please do not use Letter Pack or regular mail to prevent unintentional damage during shipping.
▽
3. We conduct a detailed inspection and estimate the details, duration, and cost of the repair.
- The availability of repairs and repair methods vary depending on the manufacturing method, structure, type of material, organizational condition of the damaged area, whether chemicals/pigments are used or not, and the damaged area of the repaired item. We will contact you with the repair cost and delivery date after carefully inspecting the actual item.
▽
4. After confirming the estimate from you, we will start the repair work. After repair, the product will be returned to the customer by courier service.
【Disclaimer for Repair and Customer Confirmation】
- We will disassemble and repair the requested product received from the customer.
- Depending on the damage and material, we may not be able to repair the item, or the defect may occur at a point other than the requested repair point, for which we assume no responsibility.
- We are not responsible for any malfunction or loss during shipping.
- If additional work is required in addition to the work quoted, we will explain the details of the additional work and the additional cost. Then proceed with the work only after receiving the customer’s confirmation of their intention.
- Even if it is determined that the work cannot be repaired, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
